Good questions. Clear answers.
The practical details behind your trial, allowances, and billing.
Eligible companies receive one shared 14-day trial with 10 calls and capacity for 500 stored resumes. The trial starts on trusted membership or onboarding, not when you visit this page. It is tied to your company email domain; repeated signup does not restart it. Trial access and unused calls expire after 14 days.
What counts as a call?
One call is reserved when a dial starts. It is charged only after final capture, a nonblank final candidate transcript, and more than 10 seconds of connected time. Busy or unanswered calls, invalid numbers, voicemail, technical failures, partial capture, and short disconnects do not consume a call. A reservation may remain held while final evidence is pending.
When do paid allowances renew?
Paid allowances renew monthly on your provider billing anniversary, not after a fixed 30-day window. Access ends at the provider period end unless renewed. Each new paid period resets the call allowance; unused calls are not carried forward. There is no annual billing option or annual discount.
Are resume limits monthly upload limits?
No. The limit is your total stored candidate and resume capacity, including candidates imported from spreadsheets, rather than a fresh upload allowance each month. Existing data is retained through renewal, expiry, and downgrade. New candidate intake is blocked at capacity or after access expires; renewals do not clear your stored records.
How do USD and INR prices work?
International plans are displayed in USD and India plans in INR. These are fixed regional prices, not live currency conversions. Changing the selector updates the displayed prices and checks online checkout availability for that region. It does not change your organization’s billing details or start a subscription.
Why might online checkout be unavailable?
A displayed price is not a guarantee that payments are enabled for that region. A paid plan’s get-started link appears only after its regional checkout availability is confirmed. If availability cannot be confirmed, the link stays disabled. Signing in does not itself purchase a plan.
Who can manage billing?
Only organization owners and admins can manage billing. All four plans include role-based access control, and call usage is shared within your organization rather than being a separate allowance for each member.
How does Enterprise work?
Enterprise pricing is set by agreement and access is provisioned separately, not through self-serve checkout. Its commercial allowances cover unlimited calls, stored resumes, and members; infrastructure concurrency and safety limits still apply. You can sign in to view your account options, but signing in does not activate Enterprise or submit a sales request.
